The issue with the CardConnect API has been resolved and the batch report is now functioning as expected. Thank you for your patience.
We are currently investigating reports of transaction data as well as the print/export button not displaying correctly on the CardConnect Batch Report due to a believed issue related to the CardConnect API.
As a temporary workaround, batch details can be viewed directly in the CardPointe merchant portal. Instructions for accessing CardPointe are available here.
