Immunization Reminder Emails Sent in Error

This issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

A fix for this issue will be released tonight beginning at 9pm MST.

Moving forward, immunization reminder emails will trigger when a given immunization is 30 days from expiring. The email will trigger once per pet until there is an update to that pet's immunization records, which will trigger again once the next immunization is 30 days from expiration. Immunization reminder emails will not trigger upon creation of a reservation or for immunizations that have a note.

We will provide an additional update once the fix has been implemented and verified.

We are pleased to report that our team has identified the root cause of this issue and is currently working to release the resolution to your version of Gingr by the end of next week. We will continue to provide additional updates as they become available.

During this time, we have suspended automated immunization reminder emails to prevent any further issues from occurring. However, we understand the importance of these reminders for the health and safety of pets in your care. As a workaround, we suggest that you send reminders directly from the pet's profile or through the expired vaccinations report.
