Our development team has implemented a fix and users should now be able to begin accessing their applications again. We will be monitoring closely to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Our development team has identified the cause of the app outages and a fix is currently being implemented.

Investigating

At approximately 10:14am MDT we began receiving reports that some Gingr customers are unable to access their applications. Our development team is currently investigating to resolve the outage as quickly as possible. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
