At approximately 8:35 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.

Improvements:

-Payment-Only Refunds You'll now have the ability to perform a refund on a payment on an invoice without needing to also refund a corresponding line item. This allows you to handle scenarios like bounced checks, disputed credit card charges,

-Multi-Location Balance Payments Added a new setting to Admin » Check Out Options called “Limit Open Invoice Payments to Current Location”. This setting will allow multiple location apps to limit whether open invoice balances can be paid across locations with a single payment. This setting has been delivered in the disabled position at launch to maintain current functionality. If enabled, users on both the business and customer portals will only be able to collect owner balances for their current location.

-iDogCam Updates: Added a new Admin » Webcams setting called “Require iDogCam Service for Public Cameras”. This setting should be used to indicate whether your customers need to have iDogCam services to gain access to public iDogCam camera feeds on the customer portal. This setting was added to resolve an outstanding issue that was causing iDogCam services not to work for lodging cameras. This setting has been delivered in the disabled position to maintain current functionality. Updated the iDogCam webcam link to improve security—this resolves an error that users would receive in the Safari browsers about the webcam page not being secure. Improved the display on the customer portal when the pet parent has multiple pets checked in so that duplicate cameras do not display.

-Revenue by Date + End of Day report improvements: Added a # of Line items count and detail modal to Invoice Charges Summary and Charges by Account Codes report sections to allow you to drill into detail about how many line items were sold for those specific sections. Refactored these reports to improve performance and load times.

-Loyalty Rewards Points improvements: Added a new setting to Admin » Loyalty Rewards Points called “Opt new owners into reward points”. This setting should be used to determine whether new customer registrations are opted in or out of accruing rewards points, allowing you to formally opt in a customer to your rewards program rather than having them automatically enrolled. This setting has been delivered in the enabled position to maintain current functionality.

Bug Fixes: -Resolved an issue where the Unsigned Agreements icon would not display in the appropriate color if the owner had more than one pet and only one of their pets had a reservation for today with a missing agreement for that reservation type -Resolved an issue with the Services by Date report when using the “Scheduled within date range” parameter where only services that fell on the start or end date selected were included in the report results instead of all services attached to reservations on any of the selected dates. -Resolved a few issues with feeding and medication schedule charges not displaying properly on estimates. These issues presented in that a pet’s feeding or medication schedule would show differently on the estimate generated when creating or editing a reservation vs on their actual Estimate invoice. We updated the system so that if a pet has feeding or medication charges with pricing rules, the estimates will display those charges based on either the per administration or daily charge preference as if the meds or food were given at 100% of the pets schedule. Once checked in, the system will look at which medication or feeding reports were marked as administered. -Resolved an issue where when two users are logged in on multiple devices and try to check out the same pet, some items would improperly add to the checked out invoice. -Resolved a display issue on the Facility calendar for Firefox where the dividing line between Specialists and Reservation types was uneven when scrolling through dates. -Resolved an issue where Marketing campaign stats would not populate for campaigns where an emoji was in the subject line. -Updated the dashboard Notifications component to resolve an issue that was experienced in some apps where users were seeing unread notifications where there were none.
