Gingr Payments Improvements: Implemented a page refresh when a new bank account is added to the account. Added the payment_intent_id to payment details on the invoice display. Added the ability to search for an invoice using the Gingr Payments payment_intent_id from Left-hand Navigation: Point of Sale Icon » View Closed Invoices. Updated the signup process so that the MCCC parameter is defaulted to the appropriate industry when signing up for Gingr Payments.

Bug Fixes Updated the card on file component so that a card will not be saved to the account missing required information (zip code) when saving an owner account. This was causing an issue where a user would try to save an incomplete card, which would not be usable on the account but would still populate the Card on File icon.
