At approximately 9:31 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.
Resolved an issue where adding all pets from a family to the shopping cart from the dashboard and then clicking to go to the cart immediately before receiving all of the pets’ individual “success” messages would cause not all of the pets to be added to the cart. Now, the cart icon on the Top Navigation Menu will only activate once all of the reservations have been successfully added to the cart.
Resolved an issue that would occur if a service option was added to an appointment-based service from the Appointment Card after the appointment was created that would cause the service option to not be allocated to the appropriate specialist. This would cause the unallocated value of that service option to be allocated to the General Staff when running the Tips report under certain tip split conditions. Now, all service options will be properly assigned to the specialist when added from the Appointment Card.
Resolved an issue where, in specific multi-location apps, reservation requests for multiple pets could skip the “Pending Acceptance” reservation status and become “Confirmed” without a staff member’s input.
Improved the process for applying package credits towards additional services when the system-wide setting “Allow packages greater value” was set to off. Now, when you go to apply a greater-value package credit to a lesser-value service, the credit value will only be deducted up to the value of the service when that setting is disabled.
Resolved an issue where viewing an invoice that was created prior to setting up Reward Point Tiers in your application would generate historical reward points for the owner. This only occurred when users first set up reward point tiers in their app.
Improved global search performance in cases where a user would search for a pet parent account that contained over 700 pets and could cause a database slowdown.
