At approximately 9:35 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.

-Resolved an issue where creating an appointment for sibling pets would create a separate invoice for each animal rather than placing them all on the same invoice

-Resolved an issue where the Customer Spend report would report an owner’s total number of historical reservations rather than just the number of reservations during the report’s date range

-Improved the deposit collection process so that when a user creates a multiple-pet reservation, the system will prompt the user to collect each pet’s deposit rather than just one of the pet’s reservations. This improvement only applies if the System-Wide Setting for “One deposit per family” is not enabled.
