We are aware of an issue causing delays in payouts for some U.S. merchants using Gingr Payments. Our payment processor, Stripe, has identified a problem affecting a subset of connected accounts.
As a result, affected payouts are expected to be delayed by approximately one business day. Our teams are monitoring the situation closely and are in contact with Stripe as they work to resolve the issue.
Please note that a separate incident will be posted on this page describing a display error on the Gingr Payments Dashboard.
At this time, no action is required from your side, and funds are expected to arrive in linked bank accounts.
