For businesses who use the legacy Customer Portal to allow new customers to register using their website or other communication, please know the legacy portal registration URL has been deprecated.
If you are utilizing the yourbusinessname.gingrapp.com/front_end/new_customer URL for new customers to register with your facility, customers will receive an error and be unable to submit the New Customer Registration Form as this URL is connected to the legacy customer portal which is deprecated.
You can replace this URL with the following URL which connects to the current customer portal: yourbusinessname.portal.gingrapp.com/#/public/new_customer
You will insert your subdomain in place of "yourbusinessname" as shown above. Once this URL has been updated, customers should then be able to successfully complete and submit the New Customer Registration Form.
