We are aware of an issue introduced in our latest release that is preventing the legacy version of the New Appointment page from working correctly.

Our team is preparing a hotfix and we expect a resolution as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend switching to the current version of the New Appointment page, which provides an improved booking experience.

[Resolved] Capacity Error Message with Bookings

We have received reports of an issue that is causing incorrect capacity error messages when requesting, managing, or creating reservations in the Pet Parent Portal and on the business end. Pet parents may be blocked from submitting booking requests in the pet parent portal, and business users may also encounter errors when managing or creating bookings. In some cases, users with the “can override capacity” permission are able to move forward, while those without this permission cannot.

We understand how disruptive this is for your operations and sincerely apologize for any frustration it may be causing. Our development team is treating this as a top priority and working toward a permanent fix.

If you are affected, please reach out to our support team for assistance to discuss temporary options to help reduce the impact. We will continue to share updates here as soon as progress is made.

A fix has been deployed for the issue causing incorrect capacity error messages. Reservation requests and booking management should now function as expected.
